Good Charlotte adalah grup musik pop-punk dari Amerika Serikat, tepatnya di Waldorf, Maryland. Mereka memiliki sejumlah lagu terkenal, seperti "The Anthem", "Girls & Boys", dan "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous".

Album ke-3 mereka, The Chronicles of Life and Death muncul dalam 2 versi yang berbeda: "versi life (kehidupan)", dan "versi death (kematian)". Perbedaan di antara kedua versi ini adalah lagu terakhir dalam CDnya. Versi life memiliki lagu "Falling Away", dan versi Death memiliki lagu "Meet My Maker".

Vokalis band ini adalah Joel Madden. Saudara kembarnya, Benji, juga personel grup musik ini. Namun selain mereka ada Billy (gitaris) dan Paul sebagai pemain bas.
